Agents at Dunn Real Estate Group will be compensated at a 70-30 split from day one. They will receive their check as soon as a complete folder and commission check is turned in to the broker. At Dunn Real Estate Group the agents will have full office conveniences and work areas, but not their own individual desks. Agents are encouraged to come to the office to work, meet clients,  have closings and then go out and about their business.  Agents will have voice-mail, mail boxes, forms and contracts available to them.
